Student Rate
To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a
full time student. Please provide proof of your student status
by faxing a copy of your student identification including
full time status, to +61 2 9368 1500.
Earlybird Rate
To receive the earlybird rate your registration and accompanying
payment must be received online by 5:00pm EST or post-marked
on or before Monday 27 June 2005.
Late Registrations
Registrations received after Thursday 15 September 2005
will incur a $50.00 late registration fee on top of their registration.
Social Functions

Accommodation
Special rates have been negotiated with hotels located
near The University of New South Wales. To reserve a room
at the rates listed on the Accommodation
page please complete the accommodation section of the registration
form.
Cancellations and Ammendments
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments
must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE
Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received prior to 25 July 2005
will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $150.00.
Registrations cancellations received between 60 and 30 days
prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund.
Registration cancellations received within 30 days of the
conference will receive no refund but replacement delegates
will be welcome. All amendments for replacement delegates
will be charged an additional $20 administration fee.

DISCLAIMER
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising
Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the
Conference Program.
Liability / Insurance
In the event of industrial disruptions
or natural disasters, The University of New South Wales and
ICE Australia Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial
or other losses incurred by the delegates or offer refunds on
registration and social events. Nor can The University of New
South Wales and ICE Australia Pty Ltd take responsibility for
injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the
conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility
